Episode 31: My journey to inner balance as a full-time working mom

Today I share more on my journey to inner balance these last 8 months (although I’ve been in the journey for almost 2 years now). Becoming a mom, being a full-time director and entrepreneur while managing a home and relationship has been TOUGH. Although I didn’t want to admit it, I became overwhelmed quickly and fast. However, I vowed to find a way to fully live presently without constant “survival” mode being my everyday reality.
That is how I began my inner balance journey – looking for strategies and a path towards more joy and positivity, on my terms and in my season of life. I now get to share on that journey with other amazing moms who want to live more presently but lack the self-awareness and/or practices (right for them) to overcome those challenging moments that can lead to weeks or months (and eventually burn out).

Your path to your balance has its ups and downs. The goal is not the be perfect, find one strategy that works this one time and that’s it. You will need to put in work. This also involves you coming back to situations that are difficult and reevaluating what you actually need in that moment. It’s okay and it’s all a part of the process.
