Episode#5: The top 6 support people in my life
Who is a part of your support team?
Who are the people you need by your corner in order to do the things you have to do day in and day out. The truth is that as a working parent there is a level of support that you will need so that you have peace of mind with your kids while working.

Step back for a moment
To self-define balance is to find joy through self-care and productivity habits. However, all of that is impossible without our support people because we are moms before anything and we know they we need safety for our kids, especially if working full-time.
In this podcast episode, I share 6 key people or groups that are important in my life to keep me afloat. Now, I want you to think about who those people are to you and how to ask for help when needed. Read this blog post for more on support people for working moms.
Remember: Everyone’s situation is different. Some work from home, others go into work, traditional hours or nontraditional hours. Some have family members near while others don’t. Take what works for you and leave what doesn’t. But we still work and need others to help us function. Here is a place to start.
